At Aviors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Our return policy is designed to be as simple and transparent as our curated lifestyle collections.

Our Return Policy

  • Return: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange.

  • Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact Support: Email our team at support@aviors.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Pack Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original box or a flayer.

  3. Ship It Back: Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

  4. Refund: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method or provided bank account within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes in our children’s apparel lines, subject to availability. If you would like to exchange a ladies’ handbag or men’s wallet for a different color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired style.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or issue on a bag—please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will prioritize a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
